Return Policy
- Order cancellations must be in writing within 24 hours of placing order.
- Remember that as the customer receiving the merchandise it is your responsibility to inspect box(s) and item(s) within for damage, note any damages on bill of lading and file a claim with shipper within 5 business days.
- There are no returns on software, books, video tapes, electronic devices, wearable items, and any product that has been used.
- Shipping is not refunded on returned items, and there is a 20% restock charge.
- You must obtain a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA#) prior to returning any items.
