This Package is intended for blasting Medium size items such as picture frame glass, mirrors, rocks, tile, pet tombstones, and many other medium sized items that would not exceed approximately 20" x 30".
  • 1 ea. #3624 Blast Cabinet: Full top opening (not just a small side door) allows for maximum size items to be placed in the cabinet, 3 ft. wide x 2 ft. deep on legs
  • 1 ea. #DC90 Dust Collector: Dual Filtration, designed for use w/sandblast abrasives
  • 1 ea. PT100FP Pressure Pot Blaster: w/regulator, diaphram type media valve, and air actuated remote control foot pedal. This type of blaster has become an industry standard for sandblast glass etching because it allows you to use all the different glass etching techniques such as delicate shaded etching at low pressure, simple surface etching at medium pressure, and deep carving at high pressure. The blaster is placed next to the cabinet and the flexible blast hose fits into the cabinet and has a small nozzle end assembly. The foot pedal is the trigger
  • 2 ea: #633120 Silicon Carbide Abrasive Blast Media: 50 lb. boxes, 120 grit (the fastest cutting abrasive that can be recycled approx. 80 times)
  • 1 ea. #42010 Vinyl Resist: (also known as mask and stencil) 4 mil white vinyl, 20" wide x 10 yds. roll for simple surface and shaded etching
  • 1 ea. #1055 Carbide Blast Nozzle: 3/32" for general purpose etching
  • 1ea. #2047 Mylar Window Shields: 12 pack, protects inside of cabinet window glass
  • 1 ea. #1081 Air Line Filter: keeps water from compressor out of abrasive to prevent clogging in pot blaster (a must have). 1/2" NPT
  • 1 ea. #1010 Half Mask Respirator: protects operator from silica dust that is generated by abrading the glass surface. Silica dust can cause Silicosis which is a deadly disease. The operator can be exposed to dust by opening the cabinet too fast after blasting, and when recycling the abrasive from the cabinet back into the pot blaster
  • 1 ea. #1020 Filter Pair: for the 1010 half mask respirator above
  • 1 ea. #XB-SCX1 X-ACTO: Knife for cutting and picking resist
  • 1 ea. #MM5000: Squeegee for applying resist on glass
  • 1 ea. #NDD1 Instructional DVD Glass Surface Etching Techniques. Everything you need to know to do surface etching, including the equipment and supplies, how to locate and prepare designs, applying and cutting resist, blasting the glass and finishing your project.
