633220 Black Silicon Carbide 220 grit, 55 lb. box, shipped to States in the Western US from the California warehouse (for states in the Eastern and Central US see 50 lb. boxes which are shipped from the Michigan warehouse). Silicon Carbide is the best abrasive yielding 60 to 100 recycles, the fastest cutting speed, consistent grit size, no free silica, no static electricity, flashlight effect illuminates surface for increased visibility. 220 grit yields a smooth white/milky frosted appearance. Great for surface etching and frosting of fine detail and when a smooth appearance is needed. Used by a lot of artists doing custom work. Works with vinyl or rubber resist, or photo mask.
